Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refund processing begins when the returned product arrives at our return address and has been inspected for eligibility.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been damaged, used, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
